- fixed incompatibility with MacOS 9 (new version of Universal PPP API, 1.3)
- fixed bug where, under certain rare low memory situations, preferences file would be cleared before saving, but not be saved; PPPremier Timer will now handle these situations more robustly - preferences file won't be cleared until data is ready to be written and PPPremier Timer does a much better job of making memory available for the process
